Ansell is looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager – Medical to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this dynamic leadership role, you will shape and execute customer marketing strategies that drive demand, engagement, and conversion across North America. You’ll lead a team responsible for content, campaigns, and marketing automation. Ensuring we effectively reach end users and channel partners throughout their buying journey.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 US Dollars per year
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

Lead the development and execution of customer marketing and demand generation strategies across NA
Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Digital, and eCommerce teams to align content and campaign plans
Oversee creation and deployment of high-impact content across email, social, paid, and owned channels
Drive end-user engagement through marketing automation and targeted outreach programs
Collaborate with global teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing assets
Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic account initiatives within the Medical segment
Manage and optimize content platforms and asset distribution strategies
Oversee trade show marketing and end-user engagement activities
Generate insights through qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy
Guide analytics and performance tracking to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Manage vendor relationships including print, fulfillment, and translation partners
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing automation and content team
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, or trade marketing
Experience in B2B and/or healthcare/medical markets preferred
Strong understanding of two-step distribution models
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
Experience with marketing automation, digital campaigns, and content strategy
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with global teams and external agencies
Ability to influence without authority and manage through complexity
Prior sales experience is a plus
