What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Senior Warehouse Manager to gain a thorough understanding of Ansco warehouse operations.
• Work with the Senior Warehouse Manager and Director to become an SAP Subject Matter Expert and develop work instructions for SAP.
• Assist with the migration from Oracle to SAP and work with Senior Warehouse Manager to improve SAP processes as necessary.
• Perform warehouse operation tasks assigned by Senior Warehouse Manager to support warehouse operations.
• Be the front line technical support for the warehouse managers regarding Oracle Logfire, SAP and inventory adjustments.
• Support the Senior Warehouse Manager with enforcing compliance with Ansco warehouse operation processes.
• Develop and implement an Audit Scorecard for warehouse operations to measure and evaluate housekeeping, safety, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits of each warehouse operation to ensure compliance with Ansco warehouse imperatives and report results to the Senior Warehouse Manager and Director.
• Enhance and improve standard work documents and instructions as needed.
• Run daily reports to ensure all receiving and picking tasks are complete for the network; resolve any non-compliance and report to Senior Manager.
• Manage LPN usage for the network by reviewing the LPN in Limbo report; resolve any non-compliance and report to Senior Manager.
• Monitor the operations calendar for the network to ensure orders are pushed, waved, picked, and shipped according to warehouse imperatives; resolve any non-compliance and report to Senior Manager.
• Review the stale packed order report for the network weekly; resolve any non-compliance and report to Senior Manager.
• Review the active items in multiple locations report for the network monthly to ensure items in active locations are consolidated to the greatest extent possible.
• Resolve any non-compliance and report to Senior Manager.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of required experience managing 5 or more direct reports.
• Proficiency in developing budgets, establishing standards, safety management, process management, surveillance, inventory control, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, equipment maintenance knowledge, and sound judgment.
• Ability to effectively manage others to ensure employees follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safe working habits/conditions in compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Ability to effectively communicate the accomplishment of goals.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
