  • Define post-close integration strategies that align with the transaction’s strategic intent, deal structure, earn-out framework, and long-term partnership approach.
  • Develop and maintain a repeatable integration playbook, timeline, checklist, communication cadence, milestones, escalation protocols, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics for each acquired agency.
  • Establish consistent integration principles and frameworks that can be repeated and scaled across multiple acquisitions.

M&A Lead Sourcing & Relationship Development

        • Partner with the Chief Development Officer and M&A Team to assess prospective opportunities and support pipeline development.
        • Participate in early-stage conversations with agency owners to understand their goals, concerns, culture, employee dynamics, and long-term succession needs.

          Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

          • Serve as the primary integration quarterback, coordinating priorities across leadership, operations, HR, technology, sales, finance, marketing, compliance, and agency teams while minimizing disruption to ongoing business operations.
          • Act as the primary liaison between Ansay leadership and acquired owners, operators, and leadership teams.

            Cultural Integration & Change Management

            • Lead the cultural migration of acquired agencies into Ansay’s values, expectations, leadership practices, operating rhythm, and performance standards.
            • Build trust with former owners, producers, service teams, managers, and employees throughout the transition.
            • Execute transparent communication and change management strategies that reduce uncertainty, foster trust, and support employee engagement.

            • Partner with HR to coordinate employee onboarding, benefits transition, role clarity, policy alignment, and employee communications.
            • Evaluate organizational structures, staffing models, leadership roles, and talent needs within newly acquired agencies.
            • Support talent retention strategies, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, staffing gap identification, training needs, and employee support requirements during integration.
            • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, integration questions, and transition-related issues.

                  Operations, Workflow & Client Experience

                  • Collaborate with operational leaders to assess agency workflows, service models, operational practices, client experience standards, office needs, and opportunities to improve consistency, scalability, efficiency, and accountability.

                  Stakeholder Communication & Governance

                  • Provide regular, structured integration status updates to the Chief Development Officer, M&A Team, and executive leadership on progress, risks, key decisions, and required support.
                  • Facilitate LATD steering committee meetings to maintain alignment and momentum.
                  • Ensure clear documentation, communication cadence, and accountability throughout the integration lifecycle.
