Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking
- Quote and sell personal and/or commercial insurance policies
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Follow up on leads and renewals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/agency systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous sales or insurance experience preferred
