We believe in investing in the right people. If you are not currently licensed, we will cover the cost of your Property and Casualty licensing course and education, and provide step by step training throughout the process. If you are already licensed, that is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
Comfortability handling high-volume conversations and consistent follow-up
Strong work ethic with accountability for personal production
Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage leads effectively
Professional communication skills over the phone and in person
Competitive mindset with a focus on long-term career growth
Property & Casualty license required to obtain (agency will pay for licensing and education if not currently licensed)
Prior sales or customer-facing experience strongly recommended
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Desire to build a long-term career in insurance
Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and bind Property & Casualty insurance products
- Actively follow up with prospects and close new business
- Cross-sell and round out accounts to maximize value for clients
- Ask for and generate referrals from existing customers
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit production goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention
- Accurately document policies and follow all compliance guidelines
