Job Summary: The Promo Products Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in West Chester, PA. This role is responsible for preparing product presentations, purchasing materials, coordinating with vendors for customizing material for customer specifications. Daily tasks include compiling specifications, vendor communication and data entry into our purchase and production system and monitoring progress to ensure order fulfillment. The rose also involves maintaining an organized work-flow and documenting progress to ensure timely delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and coordinates with Sales, customers and vendors
- Manage jobs with strong analytical skills to interpret and verify production specifications and quality.
- Supports the promo product team to coordinate fulfilment, share knowledge and maintain best practices.
- Follow procedures for the estimating and purchasing process, ensure details are entered for billing quickly and accurately.
- Assist with client requests for product information and customer presentations
- Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a promo team in a fast paced setting
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous Customer Service experience for promotional products is preferred
High School or equivalent, college or technical training would be beneficial.
