What are the responsibilities and job description for the Promo Planner/CSR position at ANRO INC?
Job Summary: This position will facilitate the Promotional production process from the sales force to the customer’s hands. This position is responsible to plan and estimate Promo-specific jobs and monitor them through their workflow. This person is responsible for collaboration with sales and production team and, quite often, also responsible for communication with vendors and clients. This position requires knowledge of the promotional products work flow and significant attention to details.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and coordinates with Sales, customers, vendors and Production
- Manage jobs through work flow process including customer specifications and POs, scheduling, requisition raw materials and outside operations, bindery requirements and layouts.
- Planning will require creating new Promo based jobs.
- Work efficiently and effectively to assure completion of production to meet customer demand.
- Follow steps for the promotional products estimating process.
- Ensure jobs are entered billing quickly and accurately.
- Assist with client requests for product info, using ESP for product searches Creating Presentations to include pricing, colors options and product detail
- Assist with submitting product pages – detail and pictures for Portal orders.
- Occasional support on client portal issues if not IT support related
- Prepare PO for samples
- Performing other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous Customer Service experience for promotional products is preferred.
