Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN or CMA to be an integral part of our Antigo care team. Here, you will be part of a team overseen by a physician, and/or advanced practice clinician in providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed RN, LPN, or CMA with solid clinical experience, preferably in primary care
  • Patient-focused and comfortable building strong, ongoing relationships
  • Confident working in a small, collaborative care team
  • Self-directed and dependable, with good clinical judgment
  • Certified and proficient in phlebotomy
  • Interested in practicing in a setting that prioritizes quality and efficiency over volume

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on clinical support in a primary care setting
  • Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures confidently and competently
  • Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Help lead and support clinical and administrative processes that enhance the patient experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute ideas that make the clinic better

Pay: $27.00 - $39.75 per hour
