Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Report any malfunctions, safety issues, or defective products to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
- Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
Work Environment:
- May be exposed to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures.
