Position Overview
Construction Managers are critical to Anova’s successful Owner’s Technical Representation and field execution of construction projects. This role supports successful project delivery by overseeing field activities, coordination, schedule management, cost control, and quality execution.
As part of the Owner’s contingent staff, Construction Managers ensure alignment between contractors, stakeholders, and project leadership while maintaining focus on safety, schedule, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedule, cost, quality, safety, and site logistics across projects
- Provide regular schedule and progress reporting to Owner
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans
- Monitor site progress and identify schedule deviations
- Coordinate contractors and stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
- Review contractor schedules against master schedule
- Track critical path and overall project performance
- Prepare monthly reports and progress narratives
- Support turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities
- Assist with safety oversight and field execution as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)
- 5 years of field construction management, supervision, or construction safety experience
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA requirements (OSHA 10/30 preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and general construction systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 100% within the United States
