Speech Therapist (SLP) PRN

Summary: Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is looking for a Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), to join our rapidly growing home health program. In this role, SLPs will render home health services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Monitor and document patient progress in the EMR and communicate updates to care teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety, and home exercises
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations, physician orders, and documentation standards
• Participate in care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to support patient care
• Perform other clinical or administrative duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• 1–3 years clinical experience in home health, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability during business hours with occasional after-hours/weekend coverage

Hours: PRN, Pay Per Visit

Work Type: In-person.

Pay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour.
