Position Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and companionship to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with errands and other client-related needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following the client's care plan and maintaining a safe home environment
- Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow care instructions
- Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and mobility
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass required background and employment checks
