Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in designing and executing lesson plans focused on literacy, math, and overall curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Work directly with children to promote social-emotional skills, behavior management, and positive interactions, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities.

Experience
