Direct and primary responsibility for supervising an assigned group of children. The job duties of this position are in accordance with Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers.
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 19 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED;
- Experience working with children in a group format is preferred
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to communicate in stressful situations.
SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of child development (discipline, behavior and curriculum).
