Key Responsibilities

- Wash, peel, cut, and organize ingredients according to instructions.
- Prepare kitchen workstations and supplies before service.
- Clean and sanitize counters, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools when needed.
- Store ingredients properly and follow food safety procedures.
- Help receive, organize, and restock kitchen supplies.
- Monitor ingredient levels and notify supervisors when items need replenishing.
- Follow personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist kitchen team members during busy breakfast and brunch shifts.
