What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo position at Another Broken Egg Cafe?
Expeditor will facilitate the flow of food and service through organization of dine-in and to-go orders and communication with the cooks and managers.
To ensure success you need to apply your skills, knowledge and experience as an Expeditor to ensure swift, seamless service. Preferred candidates are organized and highly motivated team players. Expeditor duties will include but not be limited to:
- Knowing plating specifics and ensuring that items are made to recipe and sent out within acceptable time frame.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of their work area.
- Communicating with cooks and management to ensure shift runs smoothly.
- Upholding safety and sanitation standards.
- Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting other positions in the restaurant as needed.
Expeditor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of work experience in similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated to work in an organized, calm manner even when busy with limited supervision.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
Pay is $11/Hr
