To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cycle Counter located in Henrico.

Reporting to the Cycle Count Supervisor the Cycle Counter is involved in performing daily scheduled inventory counts and accessing warehouse racking to physically count individual items while verifying the accuracy of inventory records and material descriptions against SKID labels.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform daily scheduled inventory counts
• Verify the accuracy of inventory records and ensure that all materials description match with the description of SKID label.
• Access warehouse racking to physically count individual items
• Complete daily reports to include new locations and/or relocation of materials
• Assist with special projects in Warehouse and plant
• Working on their Computer systems/ data entry will be using their current ERP system but will eventually transfer to SAP so need to be attentive to detail and familiar with using a WMS or similar computer system to track inventory shipping and receiving.
• Will be processing orders for shipment, and receiving in raw materials to stock within the warehouse so has to have knowledge of related paperwork
• Will be operating a sit-down forklift and must be able to maneuver it safely to move product
• All candidates should be flexible to all general labor duties as assigned including stocking, inventory, or unwrapping raw materials
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a clean work area.
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with different departments and report findings.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting items as needed.
