Position : Tenant Relocation Specialist
Temporary position supporting all phases of tenant relocation under the supervision of corporate relocation personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective Section 8 landlords.
- Provide housing opportunity counseling.
- Prepare and maintain tenant files.
- Serve as liaison between tenants and corporate staff.
Qualifications / Experience
- Management/administrative experience.
- Data entry, business writing, and public speaking skills.
- Background check.
- Management and leasing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Community outreach experience preferred.
- U.S. work authorization required.
