The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business in conjunction with the General Manager. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. This is a established group with 20 locations across the US. The opportunity offers an excellent base salary, and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of the business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Excellent communication and administrative abilities
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with financials and daily administrative tasks
- Must-Have experience in restaurants that prioritize a high standard of hospitality to their guests. Bartending experience is a major plus!

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
