They are more than just a manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, or plastic products.Monday - Friday: 6am-3pm(OT hours as well)Responsibilities include:* Space and fasten rods in forms per approved blueprints using wire and pliers and tie guns* Position and secure rods in concrete forms and jigs using fasteners and hand tools* Operate power tools* Cut and fit metal mesh, wire and rods* Ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of blue printsExperience in DriCast Precast Production:Experience on a VUP pipe machineExperience on a Hawkeye pipe machineExperience on a packer head/bi-di pipe machineExperience in welding mesh pipe cagesExperience tipping out cured precast pipe using a forkliftQualifications:* Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 40 pounds* Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds* May require prolonged positioning, such as bending, twisting, reaching overhead, lifting, etc.You should be proficient in:WoodworkingContinuous ImprovementConstruction Equipment MaintenanceHeavy Equipment RepairEquipment TroubleshootingTroubleshooting SkillsPreventive Maintenance & InspectionField MeasurementsPipefitting SkillsTape Measure ReadingMaintenance and Repair SkillsForklift LicensedCrane OperationMechanical Assembly SkillsMeets Physical RequirementsHigh School / GEDExcellent Communication SkillsShop Math SkillsBlueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:2D DrawingsSit-Down ForkliftRip SawCircular SawPower ToolsCraneScrew MachineOverhead CraneMeasurement GaugesCalipers and MicrometersForkliftsBand SawID:qnkTyx
