If you take pride in doing things right the first time and know your way around blowers, motors, and electrical panels — we want to hear from you.This role is the perfect blend of quality control and final-phase installation. You'll be the last set of eyes (and hands) on our systems before they head out the door or get up and running — making sure everything’s safe, solid, and running smooth.What You’ll Be Doing:Test and inspect HVAC systems to make sure they meet performance and safety standardsInstall final components like blowers, motors, and electrical panelsDouble-check electrical connections, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system functionalityCatch and correct issues before they become problemsKeep detailed records of inspections, test results, and installation workFollow safety guidelines and code requirementsWork closely with the team to keep things moving on timeWhat You Bring:A 1–2 year HVAC degree or technical diploma (required)Hands-on experience in HVAC installation or service (2 years preferred)Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsA detail-oriented mindset and commitment to doing quality workValid driver’s license with a clean recordEPA certification is a plus!What to Expect:You’ll be working in a mix of shop and field environments, using your skills to make sure every install meets our high standards.
