Job Title: Director of Finance & Accounting
Location: Greater Seattle Area, WA (onsite)
Compensation: $135,000 – $190,000 annually, depending on experience
We are seeking a proven finance leader to guide accounting and financial operations for a well-established, growth-oriented company. This high-visibility role will be a key part of the executive team and help shape the long-term financial strategy of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the accounting and payroll team
Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and controls
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Provide financial insights to support new initiatives and long-term growth
Drive process improvements and support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required
7 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in leadership
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience within a retail environment required
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
