Because of the growth we are experiencing, we are adding a Customer Service Representative to our expanding operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers customer calls and assists by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Some outbound calls are required periodically.
- Performs data entry and maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Work closely with customer service team during times of higher volume.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of prior customer service experience in a call center environment is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with NetSuite ERP is preferred.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving ability – able to think on your feet.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
Physical Requirements
- This duties of this job are primarily performed in an office environment. Consistent sitting throughout the day. Must be able to see, hear and speak. Dexterity of arms and fingers to use a keyboard and other office equipment is required.
