This role includes maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with providers and staff, and upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with a passion for aesthetics, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
- Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments
- Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
- Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
- Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience operating aesthetic laser devices and performing a variety of laser treatments (e.g., hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatments).
- Strong customer service orientation
