Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using company tools.
- Respond to Tier 1 help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Assist in configuring and deploying workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Document support actions, solutions, and system configurations.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Assist in applying software updates, security patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred (but not required):
- CompTIA A , Network , or similar entry-level certifications.
- Experience with help desk or IT support (internship, volunteer work, or coursework).
- Exposure to ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $69,682.48 per year
