What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes.
- Perform equipment set-outs and complete final installations.
- Install ductwork, line sets, condensate drains, and venting.
- Ensure every installation meets company quality standards and local codes.
- Read blueprints and follow installation specifications.
- Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with Construction Managers, builders, and teammates.
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Ability to read plans and follow installation drawings.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
- EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
