Description
Support the construction and maintenance of a comprehensive operational assessment capability. Participate in Operational Planning Teams to ensure operational assessments are considered early in the planning process. Assist in clearly identifying objectives, effects, Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and Measures of Performance (MOPs). Apply a variety of data collection and decision analytics processes to provide actionable recommendations to support client strategic planning and operational decisions. Analyze operational and environmental assessment information displays, decision briefings, and analytical papers to enable operational planning and facilitate senior leadership decisions. Prepare visual briefs, draft and review orders, track meetings, tasks assigned, and outcomes achieved, and be a repository of artifacts associated with each project.
Key Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience with cyberspace strategic, operational, and tactical cyberspace operations environments
- Experience with operational assessments efforts, including working groups, development of measures of performance (MOP) and measures of effectiveness (MOE), and data analytics
- Experience coordinating operational requirements amongst internal and external staff and agencies
- Experience developing and revising DoD Joint planning doctrines and processes
- Knowledge of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), signals intelligence (SIGINT), information operations (IO), or space and electronic warfare
- Ability to execute Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint functions
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience analyzing operational assessment methodologies and decision criteria
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior leadership
- Experience with cybersecurity and cyberspace operations principles and practices
- Experience with DoD operational planning processes
- Experience with Knowledge Management (KM) solutions
- Bachelor's degree
