Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist position provides strategic leadership for all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Oversee employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Support leadership with workforce planning
- Foster a positive workplace culture
- Supervise HR staff and department operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Five or more years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
