Attending Psychiatrist – Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time, onsite Attending role in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a long-term 1099 opportunity offering a stable schedule, strong clinical support, and a manageable caseload.
Compensation:
~$445,000 – $500,000 annually (based on full-time hours)
Malpractice insurance provided
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Some weekends and federal holidays on rotation
Practice Setting:
- Adult psychiatry
- Mix of outpatient care, consults, and occasional inpatient rounding
- Average caseload: 10–13 patients per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Psychotherapy and treatment planning
- Consultations as needed
- Participation in multidisciplinary treatment teams
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license (any U.S. state accepted)
- Active DEA
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
