What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatrist position at Annashae?
Annashae is seeking an on-site Psychiatrist to provide services to a mental health facility in Southern IL. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430p (this includes a 30-minute mandated unpaid lunch). This opening offers no call, no weekends & no Holidays. Annual compensation is $458K with provided malpractice insurance. May be flexible to 4x10s.
Duties include:
- 1.Documentation of reasons for medication changes.·
- 2.Monthly progress notes on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychopharmacotherapy·
- 3.Fitness Status (90 days)·
- 4.Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility.·
- 5.Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month

Requirements:
Current Illinois Medical license·
Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate.·
Current DEA certificate
BC/BE in Psychiatry·
