Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Anna, IL
Pay: Up to $75/hour (W2) PTO Malpractice
Contract: 1 year (option to extend)
Schedule: 4 days/week (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri), 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call
Job Summary:
Provide primary care services to individuals in mental health and developmental units, including patients with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams and medical evaluations
- Provide ongoing care and treatment
- Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostics
- Prescribe medications as per protocols
- Maintain documentation and progress notes
- Conduct rounds and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with care teams and support staff
- Respond to urgent medical needs when required
Requirements:
- Active Illinois RN and NP license
- FNP or Adult NP (Master’s required)
- Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Active DEA
- Current TB (Mantoux) test or recent negative result
Salary : $75 - $77
