Key Responsibilities:
- Material Sourcing and Procurement:

- Ensure that all purchased materials meet the required specifications and industry standards.
- Lumber Procurement:
- Specialize in sourcing different grades and types of lumber, understanding market trends, and ensuring a steady supply of quality wood for production.
- Work with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery schedules, considering the fluctuations in the lumber market.
- Monitor lumber quality and collaborate with production teams to ensure the wood meets structural and aesthetic requirements.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, particularly those providing lumber, to ensure continuous supply and favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and manage supplier risks.
- Inventory Management:
