What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Annandale Millwork and Allied Systems Corp.?
Building Manufacturing business located in Winchester, Virginia seeking individual for the Accounts Receivable position.
The position includes but not limited to working closely with contracts department to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the materials invoice, billing invoice and payment posting processes. Post payments on account for customers. Manage customer accounts aging past 90 days, resolve specific questions and or problems with regard to the customer outstanding balances, and other related duties as assigned.
Strong organizational and communication skills a must. Computer skills including Microsoft Office necessary. Must be able to work well with co-workers and customers.
Basic knowledge of housing industry and building products a plus.
College level accounting courses necessary.
Two to Three years experience in accounts receivable preferred.
