Shift: PM: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Pay:

• RNs: $37.90 – $44.58 per hour
• LPNs: $30.02 – $37.64 per hour

Your Role as an RN or LPN:

As an RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our long-term care residents with compassionate, professional care by:

• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes
• Overseeing and directing CNA staff during your shift
• Interpreting care plans, charts, and documentation
• Providing emotional support to residents and families
• Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines

What You Bring:

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Minnesota (Required)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred—but we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple residents’ needs
• Professional, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude
