We are seeking a full-time Dental Office Receptionist for our General Dentistry office. We are a long established family restorative dental practice and believe in quality. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of front office experience to work with our exceptional team in a friendly and warm environment. We do function as a team and this is required for our office to run properly.
Requirements of the Dental Receptionist:
Candidates must have dental knowledge/skills including but not limited to:
- Greeting/scheduling patients and have exceptional phone capability
- Maintaining the recall system, in office collections, insurance benefits verification/checking eligibility, and dental coding/billing experience is mandatory
- Daily posting of transactions and treatment plan presentation
- Computer competence is a must and familiarity with Dentrix is mandatory
