What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior IT Support Integrations Specialist position at Ankrom Moisan?
ABOUT THE JOB
The Senior IT Support, Integrations Specialist is a senior technical partner within our IT team, responsible for both supporting people and evolving the systems that enable their work. This role sits at the intersection of human experience and modern technology, ensuring our teams stay connected, productive, and empowered in an increasingly automated and AI-enabled environment.
This is not a traditional help desk role. You will balance high-touch, people-centered support with systems thinking, automation, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our creative teams while also helping shape how cloud platforms, SaaS tools, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities are thoughtfully introduced and adopted.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex support needs and a key contributor to how we modernize IT workflows and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and operations teams to ensure technology supports the firm’s mission to inspire and empower people to explore beyond the expected.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in-office a minimum of two days per week, ideally aligned with firm anchor days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and or Thursday. Three days in-office is encouraged to stay connected with project teams and the broader studio community. Occasional travel may be required, but is rare.
