About The Role
As an Architect Healthcare Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of meaningful healthcare projects across the region. You’ll partner closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring visionary design to life, creating environments that elevate patient experiences and support exceptional care
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the Seattle office a minimum of two days per week, preferably on one of our anchor days (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

- Lead all phases of healthcare projects, from concept through completion, with creativity and precision
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams, balancing design excellence, budgets, and schedules.
- Integrate healthcare operations and regulations into design solutions that are both functional and inspiring.
- Contribute to firmwide healthcare design initiatives and mentor emerging professionals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 7 years of healthcare design or project management experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and project management platforms like Deltek or Jira.
- Professional credentials (AIA, NCIDQ, PMP, or similar) preferred.
- Competitive salary: $98,000 – $157,000, depending on experience and location.
