- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments.
Experience
- Previous office experience is beneficial but not necessary. On the job training is offered in our small medical practice.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued
- Computer and keyboard skills are helpful.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for success in this role
