• Telehealth patient evaluations/intakes
• Medication management
• Collaborative care consultations
• Provide high-quality, accessible patient care

• Base administrative time of 20% (32 Hours of Patient Facing Time and 8 Hours of Admin Time per week)

• Up to 125k-130k annual salary (based on experience, and state licensure). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
