- Conduct thorough clinical evaluations
- Lead individual and/or group therapy sessions
- Employ CBT techniques comfortably and confidently
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient management
- Valid (or immediately eligible) clinical license in the state of North Carolina.
- Deliver high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care
- Foster a culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of patients and staff
- Embrace evidence-based strategies and continuous learning as a team player
- Compensation is offered on a salaried basis.
- Flexible work schedule, fully remote
- 20 % protected administrative time (32 clinical / 8 admin hours weekly)
- Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision plans
- 160 hours PTO, 80 hours sick time, and 13 paid holidays per year

- CME stipend
- Bonus for referring clinical team members
- $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and location). Final offers reflect licensure, relevant experience, and qualifications—demonstrating our commitment to fair, competitive pay for all providers.
