We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Associates will be responsible for greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the products they need. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
There will be a 3 month probation period.
During this period your performance and suitability for continued employment will be monitored.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process payments and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Knowledge of ongoing anime/manga preferred.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday (2 shifts)
Opening Shift : 9:30am - 5:30pm
Closing Shift : 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday (2 shifts)
Opening Shift : 9:30am - 5:30pm
Closing Shift : 12:30pm - 8:30pm
Sunday (1 shift)
10:30am - 7:30pm
