Responsibilities: As a Contact Center Representative, you will answer phone calls and electronic communications, schedule appointments, and manage records in our databases. You'll perform cashier duties while maintaining client and patient confidentiality. You will also direct inquiries to our medical team when necessary.
Qualifications: We prefer candidates with previous call center experience and animal health knowledge. You should have exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. A professional and positive public image is essential, along with the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
