Seminole, Florida

Full-Time – Four 10-hour shifts
Compensation: negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $22 / hour

About You


You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinical skills)
  • CVT, LVT, or RVT certification a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for animal health and client education
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal care, eager to contribute their technical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive setting. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care to our clients and small animal patients.

You’re Willing And Able To

  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
  • Perform routine technical duties including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory testing
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Educate clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols through Vetspire veterinary software
  • Support general hospital cleanliness, equipment sterilization, and inventory management
  • Provide compassionate and calm handling of animals of all temperaments

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $22/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
