- Organizing policies, documents, and shared files
- Researching software, vendors, equipment, and business services
- Helping implement new systems and processes
- Supporting marketing and other business-development projects
- Following assigned projects from research through completion
Your role will often be to collect information, organize it clearly, compare options, and prepare it for management review. Final financial, staffing, and business decisions remain with management.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Good with numbers and data
- Curious and willing to research and solve problems
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and able to follow through
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Able to handle confidential business information
Previous veterinary experience is not required.
This position may be especially interesting for students or graduates studying business, finance, accounting, business analytics, operations, supply chain, healthcare administration, economics, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
