Production Associate - Happy Hippo

Job Title:  Production Associate
Location: Boise, ID
Compensation: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8 - 4 PM with 1 hour paid lunch

Animal Farm Family LLC is the parent company of three rapidly growing eCommerce businesses, including Happy Hippo LLC — the leading kratom retailer in the U.S. (learn more at happyhippo.com). To support our team, we’re looking for a  Production Associate to join Happy Hippo. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a small, high-performing team.

Position Summary:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for bagging, labeling, sealing, and maintaining product quality in accordance with our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is a physical, hands-on role in a production environment that requires accuracy, consistency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bag, weigh, and seal products accurately and efficiently

• Follow GMP and S.O.P. standards throughout the production process

• Complete and maintain accurate inventory and QA paperwork

• Label bags and ensure proper box/strain matching

• Pull and organize production materials from the warehouse

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

• Ensure quality control standards are met with every product packaged

Skill Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Ability to read and write in English

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty production environment

• Must wear proper PPE at all times

• Strong team player with the ability to take direction

• Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Able to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
