We are seeking an associate emergency veterinarian to join our team of 4 full time veterinarians at our rapidly growing emergency hospital. The Animal Emergency Hospital of the Strand is Myrtle Beach’s only dedicated veterinary emergency clinic.
We have been serving the community and its surrounding areas for
23 years. Our new 9,000 sqft facility is fully equipped with 10 exam rooms, 2 surgery suites, full in-house bloodwork including clotting times, digital radiology, ultrasound, advanced imaging with CT (HDVI), in-house blood bank for whole blood, packed cells & plasma.

We have recently opened a new location in Florence, SC, the Animal Emergency Hospital of the Pee Dee. AEHPD is a smaller facility, but is also equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound and full in-house bloodwork.
We are seeking emergency clinicians with experience, but veterinarians without emergency experience and new graduates will also be considered.
At AEHS we are offering experienced emergency clinicians
$150,000/year guaranteed base (AEHPD $120,000/year) with production bonus, as well as benefits including health insurance plan, professional expenses and a signing/moving bonus. New graduates and veterinarians without strong emergency experience will be offered terms on an individual basis.
