What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Specialist (Project Management Specialist) position at Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service?
This position is located in the APHIS Marketing & Regulatory Programs Business Services, MRP IT and participates in agency-wide and programmatic projects that support a single or multiple agencies.
FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:

- Leading and managing IT projects assignments, establishing project priorities, and/or updating stakeholders on progress.
