Your impact

• Stabilize operations through proactive maintenance and fast, accurate troubleshooting.
• Protect people and assets by following safety practices and improving standards.
• Document everything you touch so the whole team learns and improves.
  
  

Core duties

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on facility and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and off-hours emergencies.
• Capture complete records of maintenance work, parts, and repair outcomes.
• Assist with equipment setup/teardown for events and operational changes.
• Partner with peers to enhance reliability, throughput, and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and internal policies without exception.
  
  

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical certification or degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Ability to read/interpret manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fundamentals; meticulous problem-solving.
• Effective communicator and supportive teammate.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends/holidays.
  
  

Preferred exposure

• High pressure die casting environments
• CNC machinery setup, troubleshooting, or repair
