Position Title: Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Perform tasks as assigned by Maintenance Lead person
- Follow Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space Entry and all other GNA policies and procedures
- Complete all paperwork required including PM sheets, daily activity sheets, burn permits, work orders, etc.
- Work safely at all times & wear all PPE required to safely perform the job
- Respond to repair calls and to emergency calls during non-scheduled hours
- Weekend/Holiday/Overtime coverage expected
- Perform other tasks/projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of machine tools includes lathe, Bridgeport, power tools, etc.
- Welding and fabrication skills, TIG, MIG, and stick welding
- Possess basic skills in preventative maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatic and electrical tasks
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret instruction and operation, and complete maintenance documents
- Ability to work effectively with production and fellow maintenance associates
- Problem solving skills and the ability to trouble-shoot issues
- Basic mathematical skills, as well as ability to read measurements
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Must attend classes to obtain or enhance skills as necessary
- Personal hand tools required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
