Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems..
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering or banquet events.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to alcohol serving, food safety, and responsible beverage service.
- Assist in setting up bar stations while managing multiple priorities with effective time management skills.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender is mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques involving brewing and mixing cocktails.
